Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations/ rescheduled appointments must be updated by you personally before the 48 hours. Information on how to make these changes are available in your invite. Check your text messages & email. Failure to do so will result in a full service charge no exceptions.

Last Minute Cancellation Policy:

Last minute cancellations are cancellations made less than 48hours before the scheduled appointment. Any time after the 48 hour mark to the minute of the scheduled appointment is the window of time that is deemed as a last minute cancellation. This will result in forfeiting the booking fee and being held responsible for any additional fees depending on the nature of the appointment.

COVID/Sick Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, it is widely understood now that COVID-19 is here to stay for the foreseeable future. With that, cancellations and reschedules still fall within the same policies stated.

No-Show Policy:

No-shows are when the client does not show up for their scheduled appointment. Regardless of the client “confirming” their appointment or not, the client needs to be present at time of service. All no-show clients forfeit any fees already paid for that service and fees paid for future services, as no-shows are not tolerated. No-show clients will be informed that they may no longer book with Skincarequeen2  and any affiliated businesses.

Late Arrival Policy:

Minutes that are lost to late arrival will not be added to the end of the service and the price will remain the same, regardless if all parts of the service were able to be performed or not. On-time arrival is the client being in-studio or sitting in the lobby of the studio at the time of the appointment. Parking, being down the street, or sending a text is not considered as an “arrival”. The appointment begins the moment the client is on the table. Late clients may be considered last minute cancellations and will result in forfeiting the booking fee and being responsible for any additional fees depending on the nature of the appointment. Recurring late arrivals may result in no longer being able to book with Skincarequeen2 affiliated businesses.

Online Booking :

Pre payment is required when booking any online services. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should a client choose to reschedule their initially booked appointment going against the cancellation policy, a new booking fee will be required. I encourage clients not  to book any appointments if there is a chance they will not make it and need to cancel. No Refunds or Returns. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, thank you for understanding.
